My inspirations often come from elements of nature. My many trips to the Middle East and walking along the Mediterranean Sea inspired the colors, sparkles, textures and depths of the beautiful waves there. In this piece I was able to manipulate the waves to achieve the gentle flow of water  by weaving wire into different sizes of gradated colored pleats.
